Printing
All printing must be charged to object code 3431. The Office of University Communications will assist you in designing and preparing the specifications, if necessary.
If over $5,000 forma,l bidding is required regardless of the source of funds, unless it is covered under State Contract and a State Contract Vendor is performing the services. Printing may be charged to your Procard providing you get special approval from the Office of University Communications & Community Relations and the order does not exceed $1,000. All newspaper advertisement must be approved by the Communications office, account code 735100. No employment ads are authorized.
